Deliveries
We are currently experiencing extremely high amounts of orders and because all orders are packed by hand, items are taking longer than expected to be dispatched. Please leave 8 - 9 working days for your order to be sent. For large orders (over 15 items) please allow 1-2 day extra.
Please understand we are doing everything possible to reduce this delay and will do so until the backlog is cleared.Thank you for your patience and understanding.

You can pay by Visa / MasterCard credit / debit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout and American Express. Should you with to pay by cheque or direct bank transfer, please email us on
Clients@cotsherb.co.uk stating clearly what you want to buy ( quantity and values ) and we will send you a pro forma invoice.
Tinctures
Due to new licencing laws Cotsherb are only permitted to sell tinctures to registered practitioner’s / herbalists. We are allowed to sell to the general public only if the product is for animal consumption. In the checkout process, if you are ordering a tincture, you will be requested to confirm your agreement of the following statement: “By ticking the box below, you confirm that you are either a registered practitioner or herbalist or the goods are for animal consumption. Cotsherb do not accept any liability should these conditions not be adhered to”. You will not be able to proceed to paying for and completing the order, until you have agreed to these terms.
Usage advise
Cotsherb do not give any advice on how to use products sold on this site. We do give on some product pages a Wiki link, for clients to do their own research concerning the product, before buying. For culinary products, please ensure that you cook all ingredients thoroughly, as not all items have been treated by heat (ie: not all items are pasteurized). If you need to know more about a product before buying, specifications for individual items are available upon request by emailing clients@cotsherb.co.uk
Use in production
For bulk buyers using our products in a manufacturing process or for onward re-sale, please note our following terms of sale, before purchasing:
If the goods or any part thereof supplied under the contract are processed, altered or tampered with in any way by the buyer or receiver of the goods or any other person, the quality of the goods shall be deemed to be acceptable to the buyer. All customers' quality control checks are to be completed on the entire load prior to use in production or re-sale to 3rd parties in original state or as a blend.
Returns / Refund / Cancel order policy
We aim to keep all our clients happy and operate a user friendly service in the event a client is not satisfied, our wants to change their mind, or makes a mistake whilst ordering. Below we aim to set out our policy clearly. These terms do not affect clients statutory rights.
Returns: Under the Food Safety Act, we are not able to re-pack / re-sell returned goods that have had the seal opened or the bag carton cut / opened, for safety reasons. Clients are welcome to return goods to us if not 100% satisfied, however, we do request that clients email us before returning goods to advise the reason for return. Please note that if there is nothing faulty / damaged with the goods, we will not refund the carriage costs.
Refund: In the case we have agreed with a client to refund a purchase / part of a purchase, we will refund using the method originally paid with. This refund will be issued within 5 working days after a refund has been agreed.
Cancellation: Clients are welcome to cancel an order at any time prior to the goods being despatched, subject to our agreement in writing. If goods have been despatched, we reserve the right not to accept a cancellation and we may not refund a client. In some cases, we buy goods from third parties to fulfil a client’s specific order, so we may not be able to return the goods to the organisation we purchased from, if a client requests a cancellation.
